General / payment details

By completing this form you agree to pay for the package or subscription that you have chosen and this is a legally binding agreement. On receipt of payment by invoice or credit card, your organisations profile will be featured on the Centre for School Design marketplace for a period of no more than 12 months.

Cancellation

Should you wish to remove your profile before the 12 month period has completed, please confirm this in writing to bcse@bcse.uk.net. Please note that no refund will be given to any organisation who wishes to remove their organisational profile before the 12 month period.

Membership Renewal
The Membership Agreement shall automatically renew upon the anniversary of the membership agreement and each subsequent anniversary date, unless terminated in accordance with “Membership Termination” below.

Membership Termination
The Membership Agreement may be terminated:

• By either party giving to the other sixty (60) days notice in writing before any anniversary of the agreement date
• Unless such notice of intention is given, any subscription is payable in full. You will not be entitled to any refund, either in full or part, of any annual subscription that you have paid, unless the membership subscription is cancelled subject to this termination clause. For the avoidance of doubt, termination of the Membership Agreement for any reason shall not entitle the Member to any refund of the annual sum due under the Membership Agreement.

Privacy

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, up to date, uninterrupted and error free, this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to change general information on this website at any time, and without prior notice.
